Apartement Rhin / minuit architectes
Briefly

The architects transformed a constrained 1970s two-room apartment into a spacious, open living area. By removing walls, they maximized the use of the glazed façade for natural light. Essential private spaces such as the bed, storage, and bathroom were cleverly concealed behind curtains, maintaining an uncluttered aesthetic. An innovative sash window in the bathroom not only allows for natural light but also aids in air circulation, enhancing the overall comfort of the living environment, especially during summer months.
The project involved opening up the entire apartment into a single large living space while strategically hiding essential amenities behind curtains.
To tackle air renewal issues, the bathroom is equipped with a prominent sash window, linking it directly to the living area.
