The Vipashyana Stack
Briefly

In nondual meditation, the focus is on allowing your thoughts and feelings to be present without any attempt at control or judgment. This leads to a deeper awareness of self.
To start, take a moment to drop everything and simply notice what's left—your body's sensations, emotional state, and thoughts, without any desire to label them.
As we meditate, the aim is to observe our experience rather than engage with it. This practice fosters an atmosphere of acceptance and presence.
It's perfectly fine to engage in your own meditation style while participating in a guided session. You can follow until you find your own comfortable space.
