Being Effulgent Spaciousness
Briefly

The guided nondual meditation session encourages participants to engage in loose circular movements of various body parts, promoting both physical relaxation and mental clarity. The facilitator emphasizes the importance of comfort, urging participants to switch movements if they feel discomfort. The session builds towards a subtle movement of the spine, aiming to reach a nondual state where the lines between movement and stillness blur, helping participants to attain a deeper level of meditation.
Just feel the looseness coming into the body and looseness coming into the mind and looseness coming into your very soul as you do this.
The goal here is that it feels good. If you're doing something that does not feel good, switch immediately to something that feels good.
Now I want you to get to the place where you can't tell if it's moving or not, because the movement is so tiny.
The idea is to have it be this nice wave in your spine.
