Moody Tongue, the first brewery to earn a Michelin star, has launched a new venue in South Florida, specifically in the Hilton West Palm Beach. This spot, which opened on January 7, features a 15-course omakase menu paired with craft beers created by brewmaster Jared Rouben. Additionally, a Polish restaurant has opened nearby, offering traditional dishes like pierogis and schnitzels. Also launched is D's Sports Bar, featuring a retro 1950s garage theme and a menu of gourmet bar fare, enhancing the vibrant local dining scene.
"Opening Moody Tongue Sushi in West Palm Beach is a dream come true," says Rouben. "We blend the artistry of brewing with the richness of culinary craft, creating a unique experience where every sip and pairing tells a story."
The eatery spotlights a 15-course omakase experience with beer pairings, including dishes like Hokkaido Sea Scallop paired with Pressed Asian Pear Saison.
Located in the Beachway Shopping Plaza, this Polish restaurant’s menu features traditional highlights such as pierogis, Polish hot dogs, and Schnitzel Sandwiches.
D's Sports Bar opened with decor inspired by a 1950s-era car service garage, featuring high-definition screens and offering signature dishes like French Dip Steak Sandwich.
