Chefs Carolina Sanchez and Iñaki Murua's new restaurant offers two family-style, prix fixe seatings, featuring dishes like ceviche, wood-fired branzino, and seafood paella, followed by a champagne toast and a tradition of eating 12 grapes for good luck at midnight.
The celebration will continue at Paraiso Estereo, the group's speakeasy-style bar, where guests can enjoy a premium open-bar package, passed hors d'oeuvres, and a live DJ until 5 a.m.
