Co-owners Bryce David and chef Luis Herrera have partnered with the long-standing Mandolin team to bring the second location of Ensenada to Miami, aiming to differentiate it with new menu items.
Chef Herrera draws inspiration from his Venezuelan upbringing, offering an array of seafood dishes, including La Fiesta Cruda, unique ceviches, and pork carnitas.
The beverage program features classic New York Ensenada cocktails, alongside new Miami-exclusive drinks, showcasing small-batch mezcal producers and a unique mezcal drink called Amor Eterno.
Raven Simone Walker will introduce a seasonal ice cream program with offerings like a yuzu concha ice cream sandwich, enhancing Ensenada's dessert menu with unique flavors.
