Marley William Lester Case was shot outside Exchange South Beach and passed away despite emergency CPR and transport to Ryder Trauma Center.
The suspect, Dvonn Reaux, was arrested and held at the Broward County Jail awaiting transfer to Miami-Dade Corrections.
