After 3-year manhunt, fugitive arrested for fatal shooting in South Miami-Dade
Briefly

Harris was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue where he was later pronounced dead. Shortly after the killing, Campos was charged in Miami-Dade with murder, attempted murder, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
On the evening of his death, Harris was arguing with Campos' girlfriend, Maxine McCord, and her family members in the courtyard of the apartment complex, according to Miami-Dade Police.
Police say Campos fired at least 18 rounds at Harris while his girlfriend and 5-year-old son were nearby. Campos then exited his apartment and shot at Harris before fleeing the scene with his girlfriend.
In March the FBI offered $10,000 for information that led to his arrest. Harris' loved ones - including his two young daughters - gathered at a news conference in March to plead with the public for answers.
