Targeted physical training can improve the quality of life of patients with metastatic breast cancer and alleviate fatigue. In the course of the training program, disease- and therapy-related symptoms were markedly reduced, leading to an improved quality of life compared to the control group.
Many patients suffer from fatigue syndrome, characterized by persistent physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion. Women with advanced cancers like metastatic breast cancer, undergoing long-term therapy, can significantly benefit from managing disease- and therapy-related symptoms.
