This week, Joey Zwillinger, founder and CEO of the sustainable sneaker startup Allbirds, announced he was stepping down... The company, whose sales and stock price has been in decline, will also shutter upwards of 17% of its fleet of 60 brick and mortar stores.
But the extent of their decline is notable, partly because their founders and investors had such great ambitions for their companies.
