Michael Larry Manatt, a 70-year-old man from Huntington Beach, has been arrested in connection with the 1983 murder of Ronald Gaskey, unveiling a long-cold case.
Detectives reopened the investigation after years, reviewing old reports and evidence, which ultimately led to new interviews and the subsequent arrest of Manatt.
