16-year-old bicyclist struck, killed in possible road rage hit-and-run in Exposition Park, authorities say

Authorities are investigating the tragic death of a 16-year-old bicyclist potentially linked to road rage, urging the driver to return and discuss the incident.

California Highway Patrol Sgt. Dan Keene voiced his sorrow, stating, 'No parent should have to go through that,' highlighting the grave consequences of altercations on the road.

The incident unfolded as about 40 bicyclists made their way down Figueroa Street, leading to a confrontation with the sedan driver, resulting in the fatal collision.

As of Saturday afternoon, there have been no arrests made, with investigators seeking information about the driver and vehicle involved in this tragic event.
