Man arrested as teenage boy, 14, stabbed in Colindale

A teenage boy was hospitalized after being stabbed in Colindale, London. Emergency services responded to a call on the evening of March 7, finding the 14-year-old with a knife wound to his head. While his injuries were not life-threatening, a 14-year-old girl also sustained minor injuries, although it's unclear if they were from a knife. Police were alerted at 5.13pm Friday (March 7) by London Ambulance Service to reports of a stabbing in Edgware. Officers attended the scene at a property on Guardian Avenue, NW9, where a 14-year-old boy had suffered a knife injury to the head.
His injuries are not said to be life-threatening. A 14-year-old girl also suffered minor injuries in the incident.
A 39-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder. He remains in custody.
While enquiries continue, police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
