The Sushi Co has launched a new restaurant in Rosslyn Hill, Hampstead, after investing £375,000 to create a unique dining experience with a tatami room and a serene zen garden. This expansion marks the growth of the chain that already operates 20 outlets across London. The restaurant aims to provide guests with an authentic Japanese atmosphere. Alongside the zen garden, the restaurant promises fresh made-to-order sushi prepared in open kitchens and has created 25 jobs in the local area with this new initiative.
We've taken all the ingredients that we know work in our other venues and added something very special to take our Hampstead offer to the next level.
