Bombay Brasserie, part of the high-end restaurant brand associated with Taj Hotels, is set to open a new location in San Francisco's Union Square after its successful standalone presence in London, Cape Town, Singapore, and Dubai.
Known for its refined approach to traditional Indian dishes, the restaurant offers a blend of Parsi, Goan, Bengali, Gujarati, Portuguese, and Raj cuisines. The establishment is expected to bring a touch of luxury and rich cultural flavors to the food scene in Union Square.
Formerly occupied by the Michelin-starred Campton Place, Bombay Brasserie will offer dinners from Tuesday to Saturday, 5 pm to 10 pm. The opening date is scheduled for August 23, generating excitement among food enthusiasts who appreciate fine dining experiences.
