The Metropolitan Police confirmed that a woman, believed to be in her 40s, was found dead at the scene of a shooting in Harlesden.
Supt Tony Josephs described the shooting as a 'truly shocking incident' and reassured the community that detectives are working quickly to identify the perpetrators.
