Police have named the victim of a suspected deadly arson attack in south London. Brazilian cleaner Basilio Dos Santos Antonio, 49, perished when a blaze broke out at a house that is divided into bedsits.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends as they continue to come to terms with their loss. We understand that such a tragic incident will cause concern among the wider community, however we believe that this is an isolated incident.
