Robert Price, 76, died of smoke inhalation and burns in a Dagenham house fire. Two teenage boys face murder and arson charges for the incident.
Detective Chief Inspector Phil Clarke stated that the police investigation is ongoing and urged respect for the privacy of Robert's family.
Witnesses or individuals in the area at the time of the fire are asked to contact the police. Dashcam footage from drivers is of particular interest to the investigation.
