The Met Police confirmed it has arrested a 39-year-old man following this morning's crash on the A13 (Image: Radar) Police have arrested a man involved in a fatal crash after a van drove on the wrong side of the A13 in Dagenham.The collision happened at around 2.35am this morning (November 25), when the van crashed into the Toyota Prius car after failing to stop for Essex Police prior to entering the A13.
