Phase four of the King's Road Park masterplan has secured planning approval, featuring two residential towers, a seven-story podium, and new parkland. The development includes diverse communal spaces and integrates a variety of natural habitats, aiming for a significant biodiversity net gain. Overall, it enhances Hammersmith & Fulham's urban landscape while providing 357 new homes.
