Petit Grain Boulangerie will serve a tightly focused menu of laminated pastries, hand pies, cookies, quiches, sandwiches, and pan loaves. Future plans include sourdough-style bread and New York-style pizzas on weekends.
Twenty percent of the flour will be locally sourced, and ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and chocolate will be traceable and ethically sourced. The bakery will mainly operate for takeout.
L.A. Taco's Taco Madness event on April 13 will feature 12 taquerias serving their best tacos. Winners will be announced at the event. Tickets are available for purchase.
