"We do everything the hard way. We don't skip any steps in the process. These bagels are coming out hot and sometimes people are getting them two, three minutes after they come out of the oven. We're just trying to be the freshest bagels in town," he added.
"We really put an emphasis on the bagel as the star of the show. We don't go too crazy with any toppings or anything like that, we keep it as simple as our bagels coming out fresh from the oven and they're all hand rolled," Messinger said.
