Ahead of the release of new measures to make hunting safer in France, Le Figaro reported on Friday that the French government was considering developing a smartphone app to help keep walkers safe in areas where hunters are active.Secretary of State for Biodiversity Berangere Couillard will outline the scheme on Monday, January 9th.
