HOP Vietnamese will open a two-floor, 52-cover venue in King's Cross on 24 November 2025 at 296 Pentonville Rd, N1 9NR. The space features a new look inspired by the phrase "Ăn cơm chưa?" (meaning "have you eaten yet?"), signaling warmth and hospitality. The menu offers high-protein pho, banh mi, noodle salads, rice boxes, and small plates including naked pho broth, veg spring rolls, pork ribs and boneless Viet wings. Service focuses on speed and convenience with kiosk ordering and QR-code table ordering for takeaway or dine-in, catering to quick coffees, lunches and casual dinners.
