Milence has obtained approximately €111 million in EU funding for its MILES project, which aims to build a pan-European network of charging infrastructure for heavy-duty electric vehicles. This initiative will enable the deployment of 284 MCS and 264 CCS charging points across 71 locations in 10 EU countries. Milence, formed by Traton Group, Volvo Group, and Daimler Truck AG, plans to establish 1,700 such stations, highlighting Europe’s commitment to sustainable transport and decarbonization.
