Detectives identified and arrested the suspect on March 8 following a thorough and comprehensive investigation into the manufacturing of privately made firearms in the city, San Jose police Officer Tanya Hernandez said in a news release.
The 3D printers were used to manufacture illegal firearms for sale, Hernandez said.
