On March 20, Mountain View police reported the arrest of 42-year-old David Ahlport for attempted murder related to a stabbing incident that took place on March 16. The attack occurred in a residential area on Claire Court, where a woman called authorities after witnessing her brother stab a friend. Officers performed medical assistance until paramedics arrived, and the victim was hurried to the hospital. The police brought Ahlport into custody and he is currently booked at the Santa Clara County Main Jail.
