Christopher Croul, 64, was booked on charges of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and discharge of a firearm at an occupied vehicle, according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office said the dispute culminated in Croul firing a gun in the victim's direction.
