"The tower is set to become a vertical landmark that joins Belgrade's quickly evolving skyline. Accessibility is central to the proposal. Alta Tower will be directly served by bus and tram routes, the BG Voz urban rail system, and an upcoming metro station next to the site. With these transport connections, the project will add to Belgrade's wider strategy to expand New Belgrade as its major commercial hub."
Alta Tower is a 35-story mixed-use development in Block 32 of New Belgrade, designed as Alta Bank's new headquarters and built with offices, public spaces and residences. The scheme rises from a large podium aligning with the urban fabric, with terraces and gardens providing informal outdoor areas for employees and residents. A pedestrian plaza with shops and cafés will link the city’s business center and university campus. The tower’s fluid, vertically grained geometry signals stability, security and resilience while promoting precision and openness. Direct connections to bus, tram, BG Voz and a future metro station support New Belgrade’s expansion as a commercial hub.
