The project comprises four interconnected towers with a total gross floor area of approximately 185,000 square meters, reaching heights of up to 200 meters over 42 floors. Two of the towers contain flexible office spaces, while the other two house vertical circulation and service functions. A 20-storey vertical lobby links the towers, organizing internal movement and providing shared circulation space.

Construction has concluded on the Grand Canal Gateway Bridge in Hangzhou, a new pedestrian and cyclist crossing by Zaha Hadid Architects. When it opens later this year, the bridge will unite the east and west banks of the Grand Canal, anchoring the 800,000-square-meter Seamless City masterplan and serving as the centerpiece of River Middle Park, an expansive 14.7-hectare public landscape along the water.

The Asaan Museum, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, aims to celebrate Saudi heritage using locally sourced materials, marking a significant cultural initiative in Diriyah.
