Voids of Kiryu / Negishi Kenchiku Studio
Briefly

The existing aluminum sashes have been refurbished with expanded metal to create a light and transparent facade, complemented by a small garden enhancing visual appeal.
The renovation of the interiors was minimal, leaving the stud wall foundation exposed to give prospective tenants a blank slate to personalize their space.
By contrasting the dynamic exterior with a more abstract interior, we hope to create a space that enhances the experience of users as they move through.
The established design code ensures visual harmony among tenants, allowing them to manage greenery, which positively influences the streetscape and community ambiance.
