The design of 'The Screen' posed significant challenges for architects, who were tasked with creating a landmark office space that incorporates sustainability and comfort. This ambitious goal focused on reinventing traditional office layouts, optimizing natural light usage, and anticipating future business needs in Tunisia's growing economic landscape.
The repetitive grid of 5.5m by 5.5m with flat beams allows for flexible interior layouts while maximizing the building's natural light. The central circulation grid houses technical equipment, ensuring the surrounding grids receive abundant sunlight, which supports occupant productivity and well-being.
