San Josep Villas / studio mk27
Briefly

MK27 has designed its first private houses in the Mediterranean, which consist of two homes and two flats that reflect local architecture while emphasizing harmony with nature.
The structures boast a cross-shaped floor plan and are centered around a 'piazza,' allowing for expansive views and a seamless connection to both sea and gardens.
Retractable wooden sunscreens and redesigned mashrabyas enhance indoor-outdoor living, providing light control and privacy while respecting traditional architectural elements.
The thick white walls serve not only an aesthetic purpose but also a functional one, creating a canvas for the dynamic play of light and shadow throughout the day.
