Otla House / We Design Studio
Briefly

The design embodies traditional Indian architecture principles, focusing on sustainability and natural elements, featuring a central courtyard that promotes light and ventilation.
The clients were influenced by their childhood in colonial homes, which inspired them to create a residence that evokes nostalgia while maintaining modern comforts.
The home features large glass doors for seamless interaction with nature, and motorized louvers in the courtyard adjust to weather, enhancing the living experience.
Attention to vastu compliance is central to the design, ensuring elements such as the main entrance from the east align with traditional guidelines for harmony.
