"We wanted to be able to put our feet up and it to still be very pretty," says Melanie of the design brief they gave to Dungan, whose approach integrates beauty with functionality, making the home a serene retreat that complements their active outdoor lifestyle.
Dungan explains his architectural philosophy: "My design simply folds the clients' desired lifestyle out like a cloth on the topography, frames the views, and makes the house become part of the site."
