ICC House / CoDA Arquitetura
Briefly

The house is designed to integrate a compact social area with functional spaces, where the living room and kitchen work as a central meeting point for family gatherings.
Inspired by the Central Institute of Sciences, the residence showcases exposed concrete and large openings that enhance the fluidity of space, promoting a connection with nature.
The color palette of the home is thoughtfully selected to resonate with the surrounding arid landscape, harmonizing terracotta tones with native Cerrado vegetation.
The design reflects a balance between modern architecture and the family's emotional memories, ensuring each area serves a purpose while fostering togetherness.
