CGFR House / LN Arquitectura
Briefly

The architectural design is centered on the steep topography and north orientation, maximizing natural lighting while preserving impressive views and minimizing neighboring sightlines.
Noble materials like exposed concrete and natural wood create a warm, timeless aesthetic, reducing long-term maintenance and blending the structure with its natural surroundings.
The house serves as a flexible space for family life with teenage sons, allowing for shared moments and solitude, enhancing the overall spatial quality.
Vertical facades facing north were minimized to create panoramic views, while controlled openings on the east regulate light and heat while maintaining sightlines.
