Patrick Peterson Reveals He's Had Talks With Cowboys DC Mike Zimmer About Potential Fit

Appearing on The Rich Eisen Show, Peterson revealed that he's had a couple of conversations with the Dallas Cowboys and defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer, who was his head coach in Minnesota for the 2021 season.

After a successful run in Arizona, Peterson ended up in Minnesota as a free agent, adapting to Zimmer's heavy-man coverage defense, posting decent stats and bouncing back in 2022.

Now as a free agent, Peterson is considering offers from the Steelers and Cowboys, evaluating team dynamics after minicamps to make a decision before training camp.
