Moore, who had previously served as the offensive coordinator for Dallas, reflects on his coaching journey, expressing gratitude for the experiences and growth he gained while working with top players and coaches. Despite not being chosen for the Cowboys' head coach role, he remains optimistic about his future in coaching and the opportunities ahead.

Being in Dallas, it was my first time really coaching, first time being an offensive coordinator.
I was fortunate to have an opportunity to meet with those guys, and it was great.
It was a really, really great opportunity, really a growing opportunity for me.
