The article explores the role of hashtags on Twitter as tools for communication and community formation, analyzing data from 60,060 hashtags related to blockchain environments. A weighted undirected graph was constructed to showcase connections between hashtags, revealing specialized communities with significant engagement, particularly around popular terms such as NFT, cryptopunks, and BAYC. The analysis indicates extensive interactions, highlighting the dynamics of digital conversations and trends in user behavior across various blockchain-related topics. Insights into lesser-used hashtags demonstrate the diversity of discussions beyond the mainstream.
