I made Rachael Ray's 7-layer dip. It called for 19 ingredients but was surprisingly easy to make.
Briefly

Rachael Ray's seven-layer dip, known for its extensive ingredient list and vibrant flavors, proved to be an exciting challenge for a new football fan eager to impress at a Super Bowl party. Despite the initial skepticism regarding its complexity, the step-by-step preparation involving chopping, seasoning, and layering ultimately made it a tasty and visually appealing dish. Substituting Greek yogurt for sour cream and embracing a diverse range of vegetables, the process highlighted Ray's approach to easy yet flavorful cooking suitable for gathering enjoyment.
Chopping the vegetables was the most time-consuming step. I started by prepping the vegetables and herbs. I cut the green onions into one-inch pieces and picked all the cilantro leaves off the stems.
With a few modifications, I think Ray's dip would be a hit appetizer. The Food Network chef is known for her straightforward 30-minute recipes, so I wanted to see how easy and flavorful this potential party appetizer could be.
