Punch has operated a Best New Bartenders program since 2018 to recognize and support emerging bartending talent. The initiative has cultivated a network of nearly 100 alumni who have opened bars, championed industry inclusivity, and advanced drink culture. In partnership with Astral Tequila, Punch seeks 2026 nominees who combine exceptional cocktail craftsmanship with elevated hospitality and meaningful contributions to their peers and communities. Selected bartenders receive editorial features, social media promotion, live event participation, and the opportunity to share signature cocktails with Punch's audience. Nominees join an expanding alumni community shaping the future of bartending. Applications and nominations are accepted through April 3, 2026.
