Illinoisans have voted to add a new amendment to the state constitution that will solidify labor rights, ending a weeklong stalemate in vote counting that left the proposal in limbo, according to unofficial projections from The Associated Press.AP called the race Tuesday.The Illinois measure required 60% of those voting on the question to vote "yes" for it to pass or 50% of all votes cast to be in favor of the question.
