Would-be thief has to call 911 to beg for help when he's hurt during goofy break-in - and mistakenly thinks he's trapped

A Texas man, Jeremiah Megallon, attempted to break into a Dodge dealership but ended up calling 911 after injuring his hand on broken glass. After throwing a rock through the window, he mistakenly believed he was trapped inside, despite multiple unlocked exits. Responding police found him with cuts from the break-in, and he was arrested for burglary of a building. Remarkably, the only item he managed to steal was candy from a sales desk, and the dealership only sustained damage to their window.

"He said he had broken into the Patterson Dodge dealership in an attempt to steal a car but was unable to get out of the building."
