A tragic incident occurred on the M20 near Swanley this morning, where a man in his 20s tragically lost his life after his smart car was involved in two separate collisions.
Emergency services responded to the scene at around 6:15 AM, where the smart car first collided with a blue Vauxhall Mokka followed by a subsequent crash with a BMW 5-Series estate.
Authorities have confirmed the driver's death and are now engaging with witnesses and those with dashcam footage to assist in the ongoing investigation into the incidents.
The police are appealing for anyone with information, particularly those who witnessed the crashes or saw the vehicles beforehand, to come forward and aid the Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
