The survey revealed that work itself is the leading stressor for 37% of employees, while workload pressures are a close second at 35%.
Interestingly, despite the increase in remote work options, commuting remains a significant stress factor, affecting nearly one in five workers.
Concerns over job security have emerged as a major worry, impacting 17% of employees, highlighting an ongoing anxiety about employment stability.
