Damion Ryan, 45, has been charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder related to a 2021 shooting in Bolton, Ontario. Two other suspects remain at large. The incidents include a 2020 attempted murder and a 2021 shooting that resulted in the death of Giovanni Costa. Filmon Fesshaghirgis and Waheed Barakziye are also wanted for their involvement in these crimes. The Ontario government is offering a reward for information leading to their arrests.
