Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso announced on February 9 the opening of applications for the fiscal year 2024 capital funding.Each year, the New York City Charter allows each of the city's five borough presidents to allocate capital funding to qualified projects as part of each year's city budget process - including money to improve parks, streets, affordable housing projects, cultural institutions, hospitals, schools, and other nonprofit organizations.
