A 28-year-old man was shot in the early hours of Sunday morning at approximately 4:03 a.m. on Franklin Avenue in Brooklyn. An unidentified individual fired several rounds at the victim, hitting him in the back and arm. Emergency responders quickly arrived and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, where he remains in stable condition.
