Laziza, named after the Arabic word for 'a good thing,' will feature shawarma, mezze, skewers, and falafel in smaller share plates, along with cocktails and Middle Eastern-inspired beverages.
The restaurant will focus on music with DJs most nights. The owner, with a background in DJing, designed the space to be 'record forward' with turntables and a high-quality sound system.
The owner, Jilbert El-Zmetr, aims to create a space where people can have fun, enjoy themselves, meet new people, and learn new things, sharing his passion and love for food, drinks, and music.
